Staff was very friendly and helpful. Vehicle bought is a dream and we are enjoying it very much. The only negative is that the dealership tries to upsell you on a lot of expensive extras that provide little benefit beyond the Toyota warranty. They do this when a vehicle is serviced too. Unnecessary stuff not necessary per Toyota

I think this Lexus new model TX nails all the bells and whistles for a three row vehicle, and with the 2025 model TX Im waiting to see what else they can improve on.

I bought an LX 570 from out of state, and I had an excellent experience. Vinny was my salesman, and he was very helpful throughout the process. After the sale, they noticed a dent on the hood when the vehicle was getting loaded up to ship to me. They contacted me to apologize that they had not noticed it before, and they told me to get it fixed and it would be on them! I had not even asked about dents! When I got the LX it was beautiful. However, I noticed that the owner's manual was missing. When I contacted Vinny, he said they would get one shipped out to me. In short, excellent service, even after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again.

Very satisfied with the service they provided. They notify me when service is due because sometimes I forget and notification helps keep my vehicle safe for me and my family staff is very professional and treats me like a human being and not like a number like other dealerships I visited in the past. I’ve had so much trouble finding and buying a car over the last half year—I know this is largely due to inventory issues everywhere, however, after dealing with 15+ dealerships over a vast region, most places wouldn’t take ownership of services they are still in control of. They’d treat inventory as the scapegoat for everything, when customer service still matters so much. I’d either be immediately dismissed or forced to make a physical appt to get a simple answer that should have been a virtual delivery. That was until I met Nicole at Wolfchase Toyota—by far the best experience I had after searching in MS, SC, GA, ARK, NC, & TN!! She went above and beyond, being quick to respond and providing upfront, direct answers. I was in a pinch and the full transparency and honesty was such a time-saving gamechanger. We purchased a new 2025 Lexus GX550 on May 24, 2025 from Pohanka Lexus. Our experience with our sales consultant Maren Reynolds was excellent. We had been trying to purchase a GX550 since the 2025 models were released. We had been working with three Lexus dealers to get the vehicle we wanted and Maren was the only sales person to keep in contact and supply updates as to when the color and interior we specified would possibly be available. The whole process went extremely well and Maren supplied us with all the assistance we needed to get the job done.
