Did an oil change instead of a new engine. Everything is running smoothly. Hope I don?t have to get a new engine in the future.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

When you reply to a car search request for more photos it behoves you too include the vehicle and the dealership identifiers in your email, before demanding identirying info from buyers. This dealer accomplished that miniimum standard. Sadly, across the board dealers are so bad at this that carmax gets 4 stars.

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

Bought a 1 owner GX460 after owning an RX350 for 14 years and 245,000 miles. I LOVED that car. The GX is perfect for my growing family and a little bigger for all of the excess a toddler has in baggage. Will always buy Lexus. Reliability beyond compare!!

I'm not someone who writes a lot of reviews. However, I recently bought a Lincoln MKZ from Willis at the Waukee location and the experience was incredible. The sales team, including Brian and Matt helped provide me with a great price including everything I was looking for. At no time did I feel pressured to make a deal but rather Brian and Matt found a way to make the deal work in my favor and I could not ask for much more than that. This is my 4th Lexus 460 GX. It seems smaller and there no point using the 3rd row no leg room. What I don't like especially is that you can view everything in your cargo area between the Captain seats. There's no cargo or tonneau cover to hide the cargo. I bought a piece of carpet to hide what could be seen and it continues to fall down.

I've looked at their inventory for years and know the team over at Performance Auto. I recently purchased an Acura MDX from them and the car was spotless, despite over 135k miles! They put unbelievable care into making sure everything on the vehicle was up to standard. They have a great variety of import inventory. I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

The Willis dealership in Granger Iowa was very professional, organized, and customer friendly. Brad B. sold me a Chevy Colorado and the experience was enjoyable. Purchases in the past with different companies were not positive. I strongly recommend Brad B. and his straight forward approach and the other team members at Willis in Granger.

We love the truck. It drives incredibly smooth, almost too smooth to feel capable off roads.... Yet it is. Gas mileage is poor as expected. Tech is a little behind the times however I'd buy it again in a second. It is so reliable and nice to drive.

Got an oil change and tire rotation at Willis. They do a great job of washing and vacuuming my vehicle as part of the service. Dylan was very friendly and professional. Very satisfied with the service

Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.

The Exterior look is one of the best looking SUVs. Lots of options that are standard, the ride is somewhat soft but yet stiff like the Mazda CX-5. Has a sporty feel inside and when driving even without the sport pkg. sound system in premium pkg is very nice. Brake hold button is sweet, leather seats feel soft and comfy. Back seat is comfy and has air vents.

Follow-up review from 4 weeks ago. The used car I traded for only had one key fob. They said tame a loaner car until we can get you the fob. The loaner car was a 2023 Ford EDGE ST loaded.key fob from FIAT took 4 weeks to come in. They never even called once about it they said drive it. You talk about a TOP TIER dealership? Luke Thomas my Sales Consultant the entire time stuck by me for 4 weeks. Ames Ford Lincoln is my Dealer for life for quite obvious reasons! They are the Top dealer for me, one would make a huge mistake if you didn't at least give them a shot! Oh and by the way it was a very small sale to them and me, only a few thousand dollars difference. I can only wish the key fob would have taken much longer to have come in!

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

My 2011 Lexus RX 350 is an outstanding car. Fit and finish is impeccable. Other than a failed oil pump, no problems whatsoever. It is quiet and yet has plenty of power for merging on interstates. I highly recommend Lexus vehicles.

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

One of the best cars I've had. Only 42000 miles at 9 years, it's been a good car for me since I don't drive much.
