Used 2018 Lincoln MKX for sale near Tacoma, WA

Purchased my car from Jim Xamis Lincoln IL with the help of Todd Engel sales consultant. The entire experience was great. This was my first Lincoln purchase and Todd took the time to walk me through everything. He also took my call a couple days later to answer all my post purchase questions. It was well worth the drive.

The dealership is excellent, the staff very attentive. I had a great experience. They give full pricing up front with no hidden fees; none of the "dealership, manager's new boat, owner's third vacation home fees." While this is nice for transparency, it does make it difficult if you are someone who wants to negotiate your price. The staff were very low pressure, making for a pleasant experience.

I LOVE this car! Looked at a lot of reviews and reliability and safety reviews before setting my sights on this car. It has not disappointed me. Actually, has exceeded my wants and expectations. Extremely comfortable drive, very comfortable seats, and all the amenities you could want. The MKX Reserve 2.7 liter engine responds with no hesitancy and has the power to achieve passing speeds with ease.

A joy to drive even in the snow. Very comfortable and really fits all my wants and needs. Great performance and reasonable gas mileage. Love the extra room for hauling "stuff" around.

First and upmost Tim gave me excellent service with a friendly tone and was very professional. I had a problem with my late dad's truck that others weren't able to diagnose the problem and Tim with his service men immediately figured the problem. Tim conveyed the problem to me and took care of it within a day. Thank you for having an awesome employee like Tim, businesses need more employees like Tim! Incidentally, I was experiencing this problem with the truck for approximately six months and thanks to Tim he resolved the problem for my family. I've had 5 lincolns,4 of them from Pugmire. I love Pugmire.Their service is impeccable.However in the 7 years of having my cars maintenanced by them ,I have never been able to get a loaner vehicle and I don't like that.Now my 23 Corsair has an issue and the part is on back order. When the part comes in and I take my car in, will I be without a car again?? Also a worker made a negative comment about another worker in front of me that was very inappropiate and unprofessional- I felt some type of way about that. But I know that we are all imperfect humans and we make mistakes ,Pugmire is still my go to.

My chariot was fully loaded. It’s Comfort and safety was superior. Service from the brand is priority. I will never buy another brand. I am a Lincoln fan for life.

Bought a sedan for the daughter on a cash deal so never dealt with any financing. I knew going in that the car had a salvage title but it was newer and less miles on the odometer than average. The one guy seemed surprised yet confused when I brought it up but he confirmed it later. I knew this by googling the VIN number and discovering it was bought at auction in Columbus and actually seeing the "before" pictures from there. You folks should try that when buying. It was priced accordingly and the mechanic/body guy did a good enough job replacing panels and windshield. Drives and brakes straight, no shimmies and it'll work. Just skipped a few minor things though that are no big deal. Got title mailed in 2 weeks or so and paying cash makes it so easy. I had to replace brakes and one rotor but figured it was cheaper for parts and I do it myself than deal with his 50% co-pay warranty. My big tips are doing research on the VIN history and being heavily mechanically inclined or bring someone who is to "grade" the workmanship. Use the bathroom and take a quick peek into the shop, looked pretty straight up to me. Watch those mileages too and know what things are going to need serviced soon (e.g. timing belt, transmission, tune up, etc). Watch for "stale" cars that been there that seems forever too. I'd buy again if the deal is right. I'm actually writing this as I'm checking his lot online. Originally found him from Car gurus on that Great or Good deal Nissan once I looked past that rebuilt title. I'm usually the last owner of cars and drive them until they totally die so title status means nothing to me anyways. You'll need a bit of time if you try to finance or there are 2-3 customers in front of you. Same car, same mileage but clean title was $3,000 more at a regular branded dealer so my time and understanding that it was wrecked was worth it. Overall, it's OK but keep these points in mind.

Nelson Mazda is a no pressure dealership with a beautiful showroom, friendly people and a huge selection of new and used vehicles. Our experience was excellent working with JD to buy a newer truck. He handled everything throughout the process, never passed us off to anyone else and was fun to sit and visit with while waiting for our paperwork. He's definitely an asset.
