I haven’t had a bad experience so far, but i have only been here a few times for service. I am scared because of all these terrible reviews though. Management really needs to fix these problems. Big red flag. Again, I’ve had no issues. Leased a car and been in for service.

2009 Jetta has a recall that needed repair. Dropped it off Tuesday afternoon and got it back Friday.

This is a great dealership!! We walked in with an idea of what we were looking for but we weren’t very prepared with the pertinent information that would’ve made it easier, but our salesman, Zach Jones, was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable that we quickly figured out what it was that we truly wanted and then he made it happen. We left with our dream car and we LOVE it. We got the 2026 Passport TrailSport! It’s an awesome vehicle. This dealership was top notch from the moment we stepped out of our old car until we drove away in the new one. We were treated so well and each step of the process was effortless and efficient. The finance department was just another polished step. Ed Lounds, who is in charge of their finance department, was very helpful too, professional and easy to work with. Some things like back seat stock up right can't put it down, no floor mats, gas little door loose. Things that were not fix before I got it.

I have bought many cars over the years and very few dealers are upfront and actually professional. Chad and I couldnt come to an agreement but it only took 20 minutes. No games, no gimmicks. This is rare. I was there to get a car for my grandmother and he went above and beyond. He was polite and thoughtful. He took her in to account and did everything he could to make it easier on her. If you are looking for a Mazda go see them.
