I went to South Charlotte Mazda today and I was not prepared mentally to purchase a car. I wanted to see what I would get for my trade in. I met with Taylor who sat down with me to see what I was interested in and after we went out to look at cars, she patiently went over all kinds of financing options for me. When my wife started looking a few months ago she spent a lot of time on the internet. When she found the Kia Sportage she wanted at Hertz it meant a trip to Charlotte (1 1/2 hours away).
