We were going to trade in our vehicle to purchase the Suburban. We ran into a situation with it that we as experienced car buyers had never experienced. They helped us think of a solution. Once we resolved that issue, another issue that was new for them popped up with the vehicle we wanted to buy. My experience at Mazda Mall of GA was great. Robert, DJ, and Tyler were awesome to work with. I started my car search with DJ who came in on his off day to help me find a car and was super nice even when it took me a while to decide. He’s very hard working and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service. After a few months of looking elsewhere I eventually ended up returning to Mazda Mall of GA where I then worked with Robert. His upfront-ness and humor made the process very pleasant. He went above and beyond to get me a good deal and was very helpful throughout the purchase and after. I would definitely recommend him also. Once I settled on a car, I got the pleasure of working with Tyler who was super nice and joy to work with. He made the paperwork, that would normally be exhausting, quite enjoyable.
