I chose my car online, they held the car until I could get there from Topeka, KS. We did my financing in advance so once I got there all I had to do was drive the car and sign the paperwork.

I had purchased a Mazda 6 from Tumminia (when it was Independence Mazda) about 15 years and decided to purchase a CX-5 this year. The buying process was low pressure, and I love the vehicle so far. I felt at ease with this dealership, after spending two weeks haggling with other dealers about what "payments I could afford" when all I needed to know was the price of the car. I purchased my Mazda CX-5 in 2019 before it was Luther's. I was not impressed with that aspect a lot of errors. But the service department has always been great. When I call to schedule an appointment for Maintenace, they always work with my time frame. Service department employees are friendly, and I know everything will be taken care of.

Dealer was willing to somewhat negotiate with the over the market price of the used vehicle. Ended up being a fair deal for both of us. Time will tell if the vehicle will hold up. Paperwork was ready and organized. No wasted time with pressure sales pitches. Overall a fine expereince.

Well organized operation - quality cars - excellent sales person - hassle free process - Don't offer great deals however. If you go to a another dealer, you can do better but you will have to work hard to get the better deal and probably put up with irritating car dealer tricks.

Elizabeth Williams was a great representative to work with. She kept in contact with me VIA text (my preferred) for a week to prepare for my visit and test drives. When I showed up she was ready and energetic. She listened when I had concerns about a vehicle and provided recommendations on other options. I went with one and the purchasing process was extremely convenient.

I recently purchased a new car from this dealership. A few months in, I realized I needed something a different to fit my financial needs. Matt, the GM, reached out to me immediately and did exactly what he needed to do to make the situation right. I am more than impressed with his honesty and compassion. He went above and beyond to help me during a challenging time. Something I NEVER expected from a car dealership. I will purchase every car I can from Matt moving forward. The customer service, honesty and compassion really are unheard of in this industry. I am forever grateful for this help at this particularly challenging time in my life.
