Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV

A joy to drive. The turbo gives a smooth punch of pickup. Don’t feel the speed! Interior is compact and efficient and steering wheel and seats warm up fast at the push of a button. An absolute pleasure to drive.

My wife had been researching a replacement for her 2017 Highlander and ultimately fell in love with the CX-90 PHEV Premium Plus. I’d worked through an out-the-door price with Dylan prior to actually visiting the lot. Dylan was very easy to work with and super responsive. I made an appointment to visit the dealership the next day, where my wife and I met Robert Schmidt. He was very friendly, personable and respectful in introducing himself to my wife and me. We’d already gotten a confirmed offer to buy our Highlander from another dealership across the street, but Fabian in Finance wouldn’t let us leave without giving us an incredible trade-in offer on the vehicle! Our experience with Fabian/Finance was also very pleasant - no pressure at all to sell us tons of add-ons and things we didn’t ask for. The signing process was very fast, paperless and all saved on a thumb drive for us. The pick-up experience was outstanding! Our new vehicle was right up front, bright, shiny and ready for us. Robert and the team paid particular attention to the details and made sure we were extremely happy with the vehicle setup and entire process. I recently went to get an oil change and was informed I needed my filters changed. This was the first time I was in there for 1.5 hours. Normally the wait is 2+ hours.

I do not have enough good things to say about working with Ivan to get our dream car. He was exceedingly knowledgeable about our CX-50 and spent a solid 30 minutes or more walking us through the features and making sure the car was comfortable for me to drive off in. He got us the exact price we wanted and expected, and was extremely friendly and patient, even when dealing with another customer at the same time towards closing time. He even offered to take our picture with our new car before leaving! I will always highly recommend Ivan and this dealership.
