I had the best time picking out my new vehicle. The staff was friendly an helpful and best of all so patient. I love my new Sonata and I am so thankful they were ab;le to work with me on my budget. They even have free car washes on Saturdays I would recommend to this place to anyone looking to buy and who wants to be treated honestly and fairly.

Fairly quick got trade in done very quickly but so many options on new cars and getting financing for new one took a little longer, but very satisfied with resuts!

My service attendant was very pleasant. She came right out. I have prepaid maintenance and needed recall issue taken care of. Quoted me 2.5 hours, done in 1.5!

Everything was good from the beginnning. They took the car promptly and the car was ready the time they programmed it. I am happy that I have the video go check the tires, etc

This is not the first time I purchase or lease a car from Galpin. Our family always comes here and always request Miguel Lopez @galpinmotors @galpinmazda @galpinhonda as he makes our purchase so efficient by requesting all necessary info and docs ahead of our visit. After 3 trips to the dealership we wound up buying the used 2022 CX-9 we had been looking at all along. We appreciated the courtesy, professionalism, knowledge of the product, and minimal sales pressure of Taylor, the sales rep. He went out of his way to help us before, during, and after the selling process. The only reason for our review's less than perfect 5 is that a follow up email to obtain contract information, and a postal mailing of an owner's manual were both forgotten resulting in us having to make needless 25 mile drives back to the dealership. These were promised by a finance person, not the sales person.
