Great dealership. Didn’t have what I was looking for first time in so they took my information and didn’t try pressuring me into a sale. Little while later a vehicle I was interested came in. They remembered all my information and I got a great sales experience. They gave a good offer on my trade and they DID NOT play games with the price (no market adjustments, dealer required accessories, etc.). Very satisfied.

Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV

Our salesman was Glenn Gannaway. After coming to an agreement on the purchase of the vehicle, we had filled out a form for requests to be completed as part of the deal. One request was to repair or replace the damaged headliner. Secondly, Glenn told us he would get us the second of the pair of key fobs. Thirdly, we requested a bottle of touch up paint to take care of small nicks in the exterior paint. Now three weeks later, we are still waiting for these requests to be taken care of by this dealership.” The updated review is a five star review “We purchased a 2019 Ford Edge Titanium from this dealership on 11/10/22. We traded in our Ford Escape and our F-150 on this vehicle to have lower payment and more comforts. The deal went well with Glenn Gannaway as our salesman and Josh Woodruff taking care of the finances. Josh did an excellent job with our financing and made sure that we were able to get a refund on our unused Ford warranty balance. They gave us a fair trade on both of our vehicles and a reasonable price on our Ford Edge. There were a couple of items that had to be taken care of after the sale on the we owe sheet. The headliner had some damage and there was a few small paint chips and only one key fob with the Edge. The dealership has provided touch up paint for the chips and purchased a second key fob for us. They had repairs made to the headliner, and although it doesn’t look brand new, it is acceptable and hardly noticeable. The experience, although time consuming has ended on a good note and I would recommend buying a new or used vehicle from the Machens Auto Group.”

Well I didn't get a car because I let them know about my bad experience with other dealerships they wanted to still come in but I told One of the dealers i Will think about it but right now I don't know if I can trust another car dealership

Everybody on staff is really great and kind. They go above and beyond to give excellent service, couldn?t ask for greater treatment when it comes to the costumer.

I was greeted by Sadie Bora when I arrived at the dealership. I told her what I was looking for and she brought the vehicle around so I could take a test drive. She was very patient when explaining all the features on the vehicle. She was wonderful to work with.

The dealership itself is very nice, the staff is always trying to help you out and make you feel comfortable. This was my first time ever buying a car on my own and both Dusty and Christopher were absolutely amazing. They taught me everything from the process to what I need to look for. I had actually gone to another dealership after talking with them and had the complete opposite experience. Not only did they not pressure me to add on extra costs but they didn’t try to scam me either. If I had to send someone to a dealership to buy a car it would 1000% be them. Even now I still keep in contact and continuously thank them!!!

Shannon Rode always makes sure I am well taken care of when I bring my car to be fixed or serviced. She goes the extra mile to see that I have a loaner if they keep my car so I can get to work. I know I can always depend on her. She's a joy to see and chat with as well.

I wrote a bad review on Paretti dealer on the purchase of my Infiniti G37 because as reported by Infiniti of Baton Rouge , the 122000 miles service was performed , but Paretti got the car from Infiniti as completed ;they were under the impression as i was the required service was done , Paretti called me and they were more than willing to work with me even thou it wasn't their fault . They went the extra mile to help me correct the issues and performed the maintenance for me on my Infiniti . I am more than pleased on the response from Paretti , they were professional, courteous and concerned . I do not have enough good things to say about working with Ivan to get our dream car. He was exceedingly knowledgeable about our CX-50 and spent a solid 30 minutes or more walking us through the features and making sure the car was comfortable for me to drive off in. He got us the exact price we wanted and expected, and was extremely friendly and patient, even when dealing with another customer at the same time towards closing time. He even offered to take our picture with our new car before leaving! I will always highly recommend Ivan and this dealership.
