Bought a brand new 2023 Mazda CX 30 and really like the safety features that are standard features in this car. As an empty nester and retiree, the lane keep assist and lane warning are a welcome feature in this car. The lane warning and assist has an pleasant chime warning sound and the steering wheel vibrate warning the driver that he/she is deviating from the lane. With a little nudge of the steering wheel by the system get you back in your lane. Blind spot monitoring is also a great safety feature to let the driver know that a nearby car is on the nest lane, caution is suggested when changing lane. Cross traffic alert is also great, and it can even detect a person approaching the back side of your car when on reverse, of course it also detects a car approaching when reversing. The interior fit and finish is excellent, it makes the car feel and look like a luxury car without the price of a luxury car. This car is brand new, so I am still in the process of learning about the car. IMO, if you want to experience how the Mazda CX 30 is, get a test drive. You may like it or love it like I do. I just purchased a new 2019 Mercedes Benz CLS and I had a great experience. First, about myself, during the last 15 years I have owned several german cars, this is my third MB. I have great expectations, I do my homework before buying a car, I read all reviews about the models I am interested in, available trims, packages, add on, price range across dealerships etc. I want my car to be luxurious, but practical and worth every penny because I am a professional who works hard the money and not a super-rich individual with lots of disposable income. My experience at Mercedes Benz of Easton surpassed all my expectations, everyone I have been in contact with has been great; I believe every one went above and beyond to make my experience a wonderful one. I dealt with the sales associate Ben King and the new car sales manager Terry Billias, they both were very professional, extremely knowledgeable about their products, very attentive and polite. My experience was so pleasant that I decided to write this totally unsolicited review. Beautiful, finely crafted vehicle. Nothing else comes close to the quality and value for the money - or for even significantly more. Great fuel economy. I’m not a CUV guy ( This is my wife’s car ), but the ride and the handling are especially impressive for a “tall” vehicle. In a sea of clunky, uninspiring designs this vehicle is truly elegant. Very happy.

We've owned the 2021 CX-30 for 2 years. It feels solid, well built and provides good value. Gas mileage is good at 30mpg combined. On the negative side, the ride is a bit jittery. And the battery tends to act up if you don't drive the car for at least 15 minutes at a time. The dealer explained this is necessary, because all the technology and chips that are packed into it need more time to warm up - which is a dubious assertion. But it is what it is. Will be trading for another Toyota hybrid, which in our view is the gold standard based on 11 years experience with a 2010 Prius.

Looking for a good looking car that also performed well. Did not want a cvt transmission, so that narrowed my choices. Liked the Mazda CX 30, and having owned Mazda's in the past decided a test drive in order. Was blown away with quality and driving dynamics. Performance with turbo was great. Deal done. Has been very dependable and well built so far.

This is my baby! I absolutely love this car! It handles beautifully and very comfortable to ride in. I got the select because we wanted the 18” wheels. It has better braking capability. It also has a 2.5 - 4 engine. Radio is the only con because there is no antenna. But none of the new cars have one. Overall, this is the very best car for us and highly recommend it to anyone who prefers a smaller SUV.

Great car. I have turbo version and it is very fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger gas tank. I get about 300 miles out of a tank of breast.

Brought my sons 2008 Mazda six in for a recall airbag repair. Ron was excellent with prompt response to my inquiries as well as communication throughout. The process. Car was finished later in the day, which was great because my son needed it to get to work! Customer service desk was prompt, professional, and friendly. Top notch dealership.

Soul red crystal paint best red ever. Turbo offers lots of power and good mileage. Interior is excellent. Quality thru out. Heads up display is cool. Adapative cruise is nice. Fit and finish is top notch. Has a shifter! No push buttons and no CVT!

Purchased the base CX30 in June and just reached 2500 miles. I like the 16' standard rims as new tire purchases will be less costly. The car has plenty of room up front and in the hatch, however, rear leg room is minimal. The 2.5-4 is adequate, but definitely gets up in Sport mode merging on the highway. I like the stiffer ride from the torsion bar rear suspension, although that has been a complaint from some reviewers. The interior appointments are premium imo, and I prefer the infotainment system not having the touch screen. Great little car (GLC).

Byers Mazda was a very friendly dealership. We were greeted pretty quickly the various times we were at the dealership. There was a little confusion as to what car we were interested in when we first arrived for an inspection and test drive that we had scheduled, but once that was straightened out it was a pleasant experience. Employees were professional and helpful. Our sales representative was John Bechtel. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in ... a Mazda CX-9 ... and took a great deal of time to demonstrate the many features and answer our many questions. John was very easy to talk to, and didn't pressure us or make us uncomfortable. I feel we arrived at a fair deal and a good value. Completing necessary paperwork was probably the least enjoyable part of the experience, but it wasn't unpleasant and there was not too much pressure by Finance to add additional items or coverages. I would recommend Byers Mazda.

It's the first vehicle that I have ever owned that I take out driving just for sake of driving! No destination just driving... I get a big grin every time I press the accelerator on my CX-30 Turbo Premium Plus trim. I am very happy with it and very happy that Mazda holds the top spot at consumer reports for reliability. The funny thing is, Mazda was not even on my radar originally, but it happens that it was one of the few dealerships in my area that had any inventory. Once I test drove it....It was Game Over! Went home and did a bunch or research and found out all the good stuff...went back the next day and bought it.

I recently had an electrical issue with my vehicle and had to bring it back to Nisaan North for diagnostic and repair. I live in Cincinnati but have not found any Nissan service dept here that I trust with my vehicle. So I make the 2 hr drive to Columbus, because I trust the team there. They are always professional and accommodating. I had to leave my car for a few days, but Rory the service guy was excellent.He arranged transportation for my wife and I to get back home. He also kept me informed about what was being done to my vehicle. But the best part was he also arranged for my car to be dropped off in Cincinnati when the repair was complete. They went the extra mile "no pun intended" to accommodate me. I couldn't believe it. I have nothing but high praise for the team there at Nissan North. Excellent customer service and I have to say high marks for customer satisfaction.

Excellent design in and out. This car does the job right has a healthy amount of technology, specially the adaptive radar that takes out all the drama with traffic on a one lane road. It works nicely on the Highway as well. The driving dynamics are very engaging specially with the curves and the twisty roads. The value for your money is very high. You will never regret your purchase.

I can't say enough about this car dealership. I live in the Cincy/Dayton market, yet I choose to go to Columbus to get my vehicles because of the extraordinary customer service. We were flipped pretty bag on our last vehicle and I didn't think there was any hope we could work out a deal. Greg made things happen for us and we actually came out in a better position somehow than we were coming into the deal on our Rogue. I will definitely continue to do business with them in the future.
