This is my baby! I absolutely love this car! It handles beautifully and very comfortable to ride in. I got the select because we wanted the 18” wheels. It has better braking capability. It also has a 2.5 - 4 engine. Radio is the only con because there is no antenna. But none of the new cars have one. Overall, this is the very best car for us and highly recommend it to anyone who prefers a smaller SUV.

We went in with no intention of buying a car much less a brand new car. We were in the market for a good safety oriented car for our daughter who is about to turn 16. We explained this to the salesman and he right away started talking about the Mazda 3. He shared that it was rated by IIHS as the Top Safety Pick for 2023. He let us test drive one which is when we realized it was a really great car. After sharing with us prices of used Mazda 3's in the area, we realized they held their value very well and we could get a new one for roughly 1k or 2k more. they happen to have a white one that had more features than she really needed but offered us a break in price to get us into that car. Three weeks later and we still love the car and are very happy with our purchase.

Beautiful, finely crafted vehicle. Nothing else comes close to the quality and value for the money - or for even significantly more. Great fuel economy. I’m not a CUV guy ( This is my wife’s car ), but the ride and the handling are especially impressive for a “tall” vehicle. In a sea of clunky, uninspiring designs this vehicle is truly elegant. My car was declared totaled by my Insurance company, so I had to get a vehicle. The Team at Russell & Smith Mazda were awesome. Randy was patient with me test driving several vehicles over several days. Jose (manager) never talked down to me and worked with me to get the best deal with all the rebates/benefits possible. Sergio (finance) never pushed me into anything I didn't want or care for. The whole Team looked out for me best interest. It was a lovely experience.

We've owned the 2021 CX-30 for 2 years. It feels solid, well built and provides good value. Gas mileage is good at 30mpg combined. On the negative side, the ride is a bit jittery. And the battery tends to act up if you don't drive the car for at least 15 minutes at a time. The dealer explained this is necessary, because all the technology and chips that are packed into it need more time to warm up - which is a dubious assertion. But it is what it is. Will be trading for another Toyota hybrid, which in our view is the gold standard based on 11 years experience with a 2010 Prius.

I have visited this Carmax location several times over the years, but I?ve never actually bought from them. I appreciate their selection and no pressure process. If you prefer used cars like I do, it?s great to go to a Carmax and compare several makes and models in one place and get your trade appraised. This time around I worked with Harold Speights, who did a great job of finding the cars I was looking for. This is harder than it sounds - the cars don?t always get parked where they belong after a test drive, especially on a busy day, so he had to do a lot of walking around. We ended up unable to find the exact vehicles listed online, which is the reason this Carmax doesn?t get 5 stars. But Harold got me into the right things to try out. Once I narrowed down my interests after a few drives at a few different places, he texted me some stock numbers of cars at several Carmax locations with free transfers. I ended up preferring a different vehicle from a different dealer, but that?s not a knock on Carmax or Harold. Having the written appraisal in hand helped me get a better deal. If you are shopping for a used car, Carmax is a great place to go. Only thing I?d change is that Carmax could do a better job tracking where the vehicles are on the lot.

Purchased the base CX30 in June and just reached 2500 miles. I like the 16' standard rims as new tire purchases will be less costly. The car has plenty of room up front and in the hatch, however, rear leg room is minimal. The 2.5-4 is adequate, but definitely gets up in Sport mode merging on the highway. I like the stiffer ride from the torsion bar rear suspension, although that has been a complaint from some reviewers. The interior appointments are premium imo, and I prefer the infotainment system not having the touch screen. Great little car (GLC).

We had a very good experience purchasing a used car from EchoPark. Initially, we went in for a test drive to make sure the car was what we wanted. We did not intend to buy on the first night and were not pressured to buy the car immediately. I was able to put a 48-hour hold on the car two nights later for $500 prepayment of the purchase price. I was also able to select optional insurance and extended warranty options online. This information was sent to the location with the car and the paperwork could be prepared very quickly. The only issue we had with the purchase was the $500 hold submitted online did not easily appear on the final closing paperwork and required a manager review and approval to have the $500 contribute towards the purchase price. This was quickly resolved and the final sales price was corrected. We received the key and temporary plate within 10 minutes of signing the closing paperwork, which was all completed on a tablet computer. I would recommend EchoPark as a direct comparison with CarMax due to the no-haggle pricing and quick closing.

Excellent design in and out. This car does the job right has a healthy amount of technology, specially the adaptive radar that takes out all the drama with traffic on a one lane road. It works nicely on the Highway as well. The driving dynamics are very engaging specially with the curves and the twisty roads. The value for your money is very high. You will never regret your purchase.

Not going to lie, I was hesitant to visit a dealership after the endless amount of mixed reviews I read for so many dealerships in the area. I even consider Carvana as a possibility, but the reason I am writing this review is because Jeff Haas Mazda made me change my mind. The process was really simple from beginning to end. I arrived at the place and my salesperson Kevin Cruz was ready to show me the vehicle I inquired about online. He was very prompt in answering my emails on days before to make sure I received the best service possible when visiting. After a short conversation we were ready to take the car for a spin. The vehicle had everything I wanted so I decided to move forward with the purchase onto the paperwork, financing, etc. Kevin was very professional and organized with all the papers I had to sign and review. The location is completely brand new so you will enjoy your time there even as you wait for the paperwork to be done. Kevin took care of everything, and in no time, I was already figuring out financing and some other details. Brian Le, the finance manager, was very patient and took the time to walk me over the options I had. Once again, the process was very efficient and straightforward, no hidden fees or anything like that. Later on I had a conversation with Joe Hamilton, The Auto Parts department manager. He will go over any further customizations you would like to add to your vehicle. Unlike other places where people could be pushing for sales, Joe simply took the time to explain every item on the list, and he left it completely up to me to choose the options I was interested in, if any. Soon enough, I was walking out of the dealership having signed on a great deal on a used vehicle. A week later, I came by the dealership to pick up my vehicle. The car had been detailed and was ready to go when I arrived. I have to say that I am very satisfied with my experience at Jeff Haas Mazda. Each person involved in the process was outwardly focus which means that they were there for me, no doubt. Thank you!

Looking for a good looking car that also performed well. Did not want a cvt transmission, so that narrowed my choices. Liked the Mazda CX 30, and having owned Mazda's in the past decided a test drive in order. Was blown away with quality and driving dynamics. Performance with turbo was great. Deal done. Has been very dependable and well built so far.

Soul red crystal paint best red ever. Turbo offers lots of power and good mileage. Interior is excellent. Quality thru out. Heads up display is cool. Adapative cruise is nice. Fit and finish is top notch. Has a shifter! No push buttons and no CVT!
