Used 2021 Mazda CX-5 for sale near Paloma Creek South, TX

Had taken my 2024 Chevrolet Malibu to Stonebriar Chevrolet for service due to a manufacturer defect. James my Service Advisor had provided me with great customer service as well as during my vehicle repair they provided me with a loaner vehicle. James had kept Communication with me throughout the process of my repairs. I would highly recommend if you live in the Frisco And you own a Chevrolet go to Stonebriar Chevrolet for service repairs and ask for James!

I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

In the interest of fairness, I wanted to follow up on the negative review I left on Dec 20, 2022. The dealership, specifically Shaun A reached out to me and apologized for the miscommunication and inconvenience they put us through. And after some discussion, he agreed to lower the price of the the Edge that we were interested in by $500. It was an overall good deal and my wife and I accepted the offer and completed the sale that same day. No issues with the sales process and the paperwork was handled professionally and efficiently.

Looks sharp. Smooth ride. Comfortable for me as a driver. Perfect size for me as a single homeowner. Good gas mileage, averaging 27-32 mpg. Love the bright RED with black leather seats.

Such a joy to drive. You can’t go wrong with a Mazda. While the CX-5 is on the smaller side, it fits our needs and is so fun to drive. It looks sharp from the outside and has a lot of comfort on the inside. Technology options are good and it has a solid warranty but you won’t need it as Mazda is one of the most reliable brands on the road.

Being previous mercedes owners for years the Mazda was a shocker ! Comparable in style, ride and comfort we were both shocked . The only drawback is no touchscreen once i got used to it - don’t even notice now and the way the design is in my signature turbo you don’t need to divert your eyes from the road - everything easy to use sleek and uncomplicated. the bells and whistles are fun and handy GPS and road noise better than my C class Mercedes. So far so good - winter is coming so i’ll see how she does in snow- fingers crossed.

a/c not cooling, repairs completed and pickup delivered before scheduled. Service advisor kept me up to date on repair process and other services the pickup may need in the future.

My Mazda CX5 2021 saved my life while getting into a major bad car accident! It handled and responded instantly and with precision. Air bags deployed everywhere: front, sides, back of me. Curtains also deployed. This is an incredibly safe vehicle. Mine was totaled, but I was fine minus a couple of broken bones. I was miraculously saved. I got another one exactly like it and feel very safe driving it.

Finding a suitable car for my son as he heads off to college was fairly simple @ Gulliver. They have good inventory at various purchase levels. Mark Johnson is a super guy to work with. He made the whole purchase process great...from my initial phone call inquiring about a particular vehicle to the test drive to the purchase. He was very empathetic towards my son's needs of commuting in the car from home in Grapevine to school in Houston and made sure the vehicle was in tip top condition both service and repair wise. Maverick Motors is great! They went out of their way to ensure I was getting a great vehicle for a great price. They had the best price compared to dealerships across the nation. I purchased the vehicle sight unseen and had it delivered. Made me a little bit nervous. However, everything they claimed about the quality of the vehicle was true. They keep their word. Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

My wife and I bought a 2021 kickehs with very low miles from them. I am in my 50's and was the best buying experience that I ever had! The quote for the vehicle and the monthly payment didn't change a penny throughout the process, other words no baiting just to get you there. Very honest pain-free experience! My daughter is next in line for a car and we will definitely go straight there for our purchase!

Vanessa and one of the managers ( can't recall his name) were extremely helpful. There was some confusion about the scheduled maintenance and what was covered and what wasn't. I explained to Vanessa and the manager what had been communicated to me by Graff Chevy & Brandon at Classic...they reviewed everything and completed the service based on what was communicated to me and sorted out the other communication internally. Additionally the service was completed in half the time I expected. Previously, I had a challenging experience with the body shop so Classic was not my first choice for this work, but I decided to give you a other try and it worked out far better. I'm pleased with this service and thanks again to Vanessa and the service manager she engaged to assist.
