I own a 21 Carbon Edition. Great vehicle. And worth every penny. I came from owning only Hondas. Traded in a 2021 Accord Sport SE with 7000 miles. I have 22k miles and have not any issues so far. I love the color, step in height, the look, the interior, the exterior. Average 29-31 on the highway. Best decision I've made concerning buying a new vehicle

Zach was very nice and helpful. There was a laundry list of repairs/maintenance needed or recommended, but Zach assured us that the vehicle was in great condition. He helped guide us in choosing what repairs we should start with and what could wait a little longer.

The dealership is relatively new so the facility is very clean and well maintained. All of the people that I met and delt with were welcoming, friendly and polite. Been buying Toyota vehicles since 1979. This particular 2015 vehicle has given me absolutely no problems other than two items that needed to be replaced after 10 years of service and 140K. I brought the car in the afternoon and they were not able to the repair before closing I was given a no cost rental vehicle without even asking. The last four Toyota?s were purchased from Ira Toyota. For a dealer, they are a classic act.

We bought an Audi Q7 from Marcella. She was friendly and upfront. The dreaded finance office even was pleasant. Car prices are what they are. I’d buy another here. Was disappointed with the 1/4 tank of gas lol I left more in my trade. And no inspection sticker. But overall great and those 2 things would not deter me.
