Came in as walk in without an appointment, it was Anthony that met me at the door. Very punctual and understanding, he was very patient with me from beginning to end running all the numbers for us so I could get the best deal that suited me. Even when initially I left to get prices from other dealerships he was very understanding and encouraged me to see all my options. If not for his persistence and positive attitude I would not have bought a car at Riverdale. We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

Have had our 2022 for 8 months now. It's been great, the fit/finish and ride are superior, IMHO, then my previous CRV and Rav4 vehicles. The only thing I would like to see is a touch screen entertainment center rather then the manual knob. The interior is well laid out with quality accents, feel and quiet, again far superior to our previous SUVs. So far it's been mechanically sound with no issues and we are enjoying it very much.

The salesperson (Lindsey) and the sales manager (Alberto) were exceptional! They were so helpful and responsive in answering all of our (many!) questions; they were knowledgeable, patient, forthright, articulate and honest. If Lindsey did not know something (we were investigating a new model that had not yet been released), she went above and beyond to find out the answer quickly and thoroughly. They worked with us to find the best possible price for the car we selected (a 2025 Audi S5). Hamad, the finance director, whisked us through the paperwork. Lindsey spent so much time with us, making sure we became acquainted with the intricacies of our new car. We cannot imagine working with any other dealer! Wonderful.

Great gas mileage. Interior is not overly cluttered. Exterior is stylish. Great value for the money. Rear seating has plenty of leg room. Would recommend

I own a 21 Carbon Edition. Great vehicle. And worth every penny. I came from owning only Hondas. Traded in a 2021 Accord Sport SE with 7000 miles. I have 22k miles and have not any issues so far. I love the color, step in height, the look, the interior, the exterior. Average 29-31 on the highway. Best decision I've made concerning buying a new vehicle

This is the second time in two years he has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and make my purchasing experience one of the best. I do have to say when it came to the finance part, Madi was good until I declined any extra maintenance he tried to sell me, he became very upset, and that was not a good experience! I would definitely recommend Darwin to anyone and Kenny the Mgr. was also very helpful.
