I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

Josh did a great job turning us from a used hyundai to a Certified VW and we couldn't be happier. The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

The day before we visited Courtesy KIA of Brandon, we had an awful experience at another dealer in Port Charlotte. The previously visited dealer tried to add on excessive fees, including a certification fee for a vehicle that was advertised as a CPO. I found Courtesy while doing an online search and noticed right away that their all fees were much lower- including not charging a certification fee. I contacted them via phone and asked for an out the door quote, before we made the 50 min drive. They were very up front and the fees were minimal. Frank Fahda was our salesperson at Courtesy. He was personable and knowledgeable. After finishing with the finance office (Joel was great), Frank was ready to escort us to our newly purchased car and gave us a breakdown of all the features, before we left. I would recommend them to everyone and will be back, if we?re in the market for another new or used car.
