I always drove American cars. Father worked for GM. But this time I went for price/reliability/style. The interior could use some redesigning. Some of the switches should not be where they are. That's my only negative. I am glad I purchased this make /model. I glad I moved from American to Asian made. I am writing this with only 1 month driving the CX5. I am starting to like the car more and more. What would have been a better option...have heated side mirrors instead of heated seats. Your butt will eventually warm the seat. But the heated mirrors would benefit the driver more in the cold months. Good car.

The audio on the Carbon edition is outstanding. I purchased this SUV due to its value and reliability. I would highly recommend the Mazda CX 5.

Our family has a 35 year background “in the industry” and I arrived alone with my teenage daughter, so I was braced for battle. Mark greeted us at the door, no hard sell, we were there for a specific car, the price brought to us after test driving was very fair, wasn’t going to get a warranty but that was also offered at a great price so we added it to the deal … From the time we sat down to talk numbers to us being in the car to leave was ONE HOUR. It was the end of the night and we were the last customers, but nonetheless it was just an easy non-pushy experience. Additionally, we ran into an outside financing issue on our end the next day and again, the dealership worked with us and got the deal done!! Picked up the car one day later and now my daughter will be heading to college with an amazing (new to her) car!!! HUGE thank you to the team for making this such a stress-free process for this mama!

The staff here at Hiley Mazda of Hurst is really helpful. Rich Longworth the sales manager who worked with us and helped us finalize our car is a real gem and treats hiss customer both personally and professionally. A real soft spoken person. I hate sitting in dealerships to purchase a vehicle but these 3 hours went by fast. Big shout out to Aaron Williams he did a great job has my salesman. The test drive process was cool and relaxing the salesman didn't go with me so I could test the car as if it was mines. The facility was comfortable the AC worked great. I went to a place before this place and it felt like a sweat shop. Kudos on working AC. My only complaint was I told them what lender I wanted to go with but I saw were multiple lenders pulled my credit. Even if they where looking for the best deal I had told them who I wanted to purchase through. Overall I will give Echo Park an A+.

The best car dealer I’ve ever been to in my lifetime. No sales pitches, no upwelling, no pressure. It’s really the total opposite of what I expected to get when looking for my first car in a decade.
