Zack and Ceedric are so awesome! I was in desperate need for a new key after mine had been stolen, and they were both so helpful in getting me a new one. Even though my auto insurance kept having mishaps with tows and extended wait times, they were flexible and professional. They truly care about their customers and want what is best for them, which is a very rare thing to find these days. Highly, highly recommend.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

I have had not one but two incredible experiences with the sales team at Emich, namely Dieter, the sales person I have worked with both times. Dieter is fair, honest, upfront and responsive. I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

I have the Premium Plus. Non-turbo, but I don't really feel like I'm missing anything. It still has a "Sport" setting, in case I want to be peppier. It is truly a great ride and a beautiful car. Remarkably quiet and smooth. Nice, comfortable leather seats. Great Bose sound system. Good smart features. The blind spot beeping was annoying, but I was able to turn it off (you can turn off many of the sound and a few of the safety features). Way easier to learn the features than my old Acura, which I drove for 11 years, and it still confused me. The reason why I didn't rate the interior and comfort as a 5 star is because 1) it needs a little more armrest and compartment space, than it currently has, 2) the cupholder is set back in front of the arm rest, making it a little tough to get the beverage, and use that small armrest properly, 3) Once you sync your IPhone to the car, apple play takes over and its really tough to get out of it to use non-apple features like Sirius or the radio (yes, the radio!), and 4) it could use a little ambient lighting (but there are built-in areas so you can retro-fit).

After finding a 2013 Mini on Cars.com, I messaged the dealer. They responded quickly. I booked an appointment and met with Tracy. She treated me well, and over the next 2 weeks I decided to buy the car. Though this is a Mazda dealership, they knew the car well. Even better, they told me how I could make my payments to reduce the interest I would pay on the vehicle. This was a real bonus, saving me thousands of dollars during the life of the loan. The day after I drove it home, it broke down. It would not start. I took it back to the dealer and they fixed it straight away. They did not even ask me to do any paperwork. It was a relay that happened to malfunction, and their guy that "talked Mini" fixed it.

Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

Looks sharp. Smooth ride. Comfortable for me as a driver. Perfect size for me as a single homeowner. Good gas mileage, averaging 27-32 mpg. Love the bright RED with black leather seats.

My wife and I recently purchased a new car from McDonald Mazda in Lakewood. I’ve purchased 7 cars in my lifetime from dealerships, and this was by far the easiest and most satisfying car purchase I’ve ever made. Customer service was EXCELLENT, and even the finance manager (Johnny) was super easy to work with and not pushy at all. I was so surprised at how open and transparent everyone was with buying a car. AND it didn’t take countless hours to make the purchase. Yaay!! Our salesperson was named Santiago, and he was extremely helpful in answering our questions, and showing us all the details about the car we ended up buying. I was expecting some type of dealer fine print to pull the rug from under us, or some excuse about why the price was going to be higher, but everything was clear and accurate (I like to research cars before I even go to a dealership to look at them). We got way more than I expected for our trade-in, we were able to take advantage of Mazda’s financing deal AND special discounts, and Santiago even took our photo with the new car once we were done (and put it in a frame for us). Seriously?! I’ve NEVER had a dealer/salesperson come anywhere close to this level of customer service. 10-stars for McDonald Mazda, Santiago, and Johnny. You know they made a lasting impression because we still remember their names a month after buying our car! :-)

I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

Such a joy to drive. You can’t go wrong with a Mazda. While the CX-5 is on the smaller side, it fits our needs and is so fun to drive. It looks sharp from the outside and has a lot of comfort on the inside. Technology options are good and it has a solid warranty but you won’t need it as Mazda is one of the most reliable brands on the road.

My sister and I have been shopping for a replacement vehicle for our aging Chevy Tahoe. After several awful experiences with salesmen in various dealerships in Longmont I went online and found the perfect vehicle at Courtesy Mazda, a smaller dealership unknown to us. When My sister and I arrived we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist; welcomed by the sales lady, Aspen Swanson. Aspen was friendly, fun, easy to work with and in short order we had test driven the Tahoe, and agreed on the price. Another lady, Debra, in the finance department, was likewise wonderful, fast and efficient putting the paperwork together on the deal, and boom, we were done. My sister and I have both marveled about what a great car-buying experience this was and the comfort level we had doing so. Aspen went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and worked closely with Debra on the paperwork. We left very happy and hope to be repeat customers in the future. The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. I looked at many others in the same class and I thought this was the best looking, had the best interior set up and is economical. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely would recommend.

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

Top notch Service department. The team that work at Courtesy Mazda knows what customer service is, have great communication skills, and in my situation of having week long mechanical service gave me an awesome complimentary MX5 to drive. The service writer's and manager were both transparent in their process and knew what each other were doing. They got my 2016 Mazda 3 after it sat for 25 days at Caliber Collision collecting snow. They got the mechanical portion done in a timely manner and got me driving my car within a week of inspection, at a lower cost than Caliber was trying to get out of me. I could not be happier with how I was taken care of at Courtesy Mazda. I was told that there is new management in the dealership so I think this is how it is going to be.

We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

Bought this model in 2014 brand new, it's 10 years later, at 100K miles, still runs like new , only items done are maintenance so far.Tires, brakes, battery, wipers, etc. Has never been in the shop for anything else. Period.

I love my 2014 Mazda CX-5. It is technically a 2014, but apparently no 2014s on Cars.com to review. It is so reliable—requires just basic maintenance like oil changes, new windshield wipers and tires as you’d need on any vehicle. Handles well, even on snow. Wish it had a turbo engine, but it’s plenty fast and not an issue. Never had any big expenses or surprises. My only 1st world complaint is the outdated/cumbersome GPS system and it sometimes doesn’t connect to my Bluetooth when trying to play Pandora—but the phone has never been an issue. I may look for a newer to me CX-5 just for something new to drive! My step-son may be the lucky one in line to drive the 2014 CX-5 next!

For the most part I really like my 2013 Mazda. When I stop the car and try to turn off the ignition it doesn’t turn off the engine. In order to turn off the engine and electrical, I have to restart the cart and pump the gear shifter several times and then turn off the ignition. My wife used to drive a Mazda MPV had the same issue.

I know how everybody always runs to write a review when it comes to anything going wrong! I think it’s equally as important to let people know when you have excellent service. Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. So I went onto my company’s website and saw that we had an opportunity to purchase a car through offlease Orlando, and I have been praying since February 2024 to get a Mazda CX-5, and when I saw they had two available. I called and spoke with Briana the BDC Rep who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and showed her eagerness to assist me, she made sure that I received a text and email to remind me of my appt and my sales rep. When I got to the dealership, I met with Orlando who was one of my sales reps, and he was partnered with Jarid who into the office showed, showed me around, explain to me how the process was going to go since this was my first vehicle purchase, and they really made me feel welcomed. As one of the cars was already sold, the one that I really wanted it was actually here still and just waiting for me to call it mine and take it home. I test drove the car and the car ran perfect no issues, I had a Carfax and it really was just perfect for me. The process of purchasing the car was smooth, easy, and didn’t take no time at all. I was able to purchase my dream car, the Mazda CX-5, and be able to drive home with a beautiful car. With graduation being December 2025, this is my first big purchase, and this is going to help me be able to finish my classes before graduation, be able to help me and get to and from work, be able to help patient with my own personal company called “iFirst Care”, be able to drive myself to church, and be able to have fun with my friends and family. Sydney who is one of the Sales Reps and also the “Repo Lady” made sure she checked on me to make sure that I was doing OK as I was waiting in the waiting room for my paperwork to be finished and finalized. Albert who is the Finance Rep make sure that I had all my documents ready and prepared and made the signing process so easy and smooth to the point that I did not break a sweat when I signed my life away Lol! When you visit Offlease Orlando at 8900 S US Hwy 17 92, Maitland, FL 32751, be prepared to be welcomed into the Offlease Orlando Family with open arms, you will have a great time, and be prepared for plenty of laughs, my time here has been amazing, and I definitely will be back!

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

My agent Robert Hurd was excellent. I had no pressure what so ever. He answered all my questions and gave me the service I wanted. This is highly unusual with other dealers that I have worked with. I am very pleased with my experience with Hertz and Robert Hurd. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.
