as most midsize SUV's it is not comfortable for long trips. it is somewhat tight inside. Good gas milage. There are tons of electronics. we are older, not real tech savy. we had to go back for a second training session, since the first person did not do a very good job.

The additional 6” in width makes the CX-50 do much more spacious than my two previously owned CX-5s. Cornering is much more stable. The turbo 4cylinder engine has the get up and go necessary for highway merges or passing left lane, driving to grandma’s house on Sunday Afternoon hogs! After owning my vehicle for just two weeks, there are only three negatives to date: 1. Poor explanations/directions in owner’s manual. 2. Poor gas mileage both HWY/City 3. No Manual Transmission option.

Amazing vehicle so far (less than 1k miles). Splash guards not being standard hands one star off. Car gets dirty as soon as it's washed without them.

Visited Heritage Mazda Bel Air when shopping for a new vehicle; we were in the market for a SUV with 3rd row and had it narrowed down to a Mazda and Hyundai. The staff at Mazda were great and we so appreciated they didn’t try a hard sale. As a Mazda owner already we knew the value of the product but it was refreshing to deal with salespeople who wasn’t just after the sale but wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision.
