I had totalled my 2017 Kia Forte on December 1st and went to Kia of Coatesville shopping for a new one. I am so happy that my husband and I choose this dealership! They are the BEST hands down! From the moment we met Malcolm Robinson, he was nothing but friendly and exceptional at his job. The whole team at Kia of Coatesville runs so smooth and efficiently at working to get you in and out as soon as possible. I will NEVER shop any where else for another car when the time comes again. Kia of Coatesville absolutely ROCKS!
This happened to be my first visit to Kia of Coatesville. Everyone at this dealership was a pleasure to deal with. The shop area was bright, clean, and well organized. They treated me as if I had purchased my car from them. To my surprise, they even checked the service history of my vehicle and performed another warranty repair that it needed!
I can't say enough good things about Kia of Coatesville. I am looking forward to taking my car back there whenever it needs service.
We were impressed with the safety features and fell in love on the test drive. We were treated like family and that made us comfortable in our buying experience. All the salespeople took the time to introduce themselves. When all was finalized they rang a bell & announced our names over the intercom and it made us feel special. Who wouldn’t want that experience? We will always buy a Kia from Coatesville.

We took our car for a recall on the air bag. Our appointment was for 10 AM they said it would take a half hour in less time they call us to the deck to let us know we had 2 light bulbs out. They replaced them and we where out at 10:40.
Experience was very pleasant from the time I first walked in to Stillman, to discussing choices with Dave, to placing an order for a 2019, to delivery a few months later. Dave is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
To date I have purchased two vehicles from Piazza Mazda of West Chester, a Miata and a Mazda 3. When I need service I always take the vehicle to their service department. The main reason is their Service Manager, Paul Curtis. Paul is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and treats me with respect. He always takes the time to completely explain the work and the cost and to answer any questions. Unlike other service managers at most dealerships he does not push needed or unneeded repairs or services. Paul is the main reason I have my vehicles serviced at Piazza Mazda of West Chester. Always ask for Paul. To date all of the work I have had done on both my vehicles has not required me to bring any vehicle back because of faulty workmanship or bad parts. I would highly recommended Paul Curtis and his service department.
Brought my CX-5 in for its first oil change. I was greeted cordially by Paul who explained exactly what the technician, Taylor, was going to do to my car. He also informed me that the first oil change is free of charge. I would definitely recommend using the Piazza Mazda dealership.
We just purchased our 5th Volvo vehicle from the dealership with Dave Parry. We are loyal customers and truly value the service and professionalism provided by everyone that we interact with at the dealership. Our 2004 S40 and 2010 XC60 have been serviced by Stillman and are still being driven by our grown children.
