Fairly quick got trade in done very quickly but so many options on new cars and getting financing for new one took a little longer, but very satisfied with resuts!

I needed a new car in the middle of the "stay home". I was pleased to find that they were open as I only had minimal ideas what I wanted. We drove on the lot and I saw a model that took my breath away. We had a little problem getting in because they weren't expecting anyone but all safety procedures were applied gloves, masks etc. In the show room they another model on display which was exactly what I wanted. The only problem was could I afford it. I am widowed and retired. We sat down and worked on pricing and came up with a figure I will be able to manage. The rebates were more than the cost of outside financing so I went with the rebates although they did offer zero interest. I am very thrilled and happy with my new car. It's a shame I can't drive it more at the moment!

Everything was good from the beginnning. They took the car promptly and the car was ready the time they programmed it. I am happy that I have the video go check the tires, etc

Wife is recovering from her wreck ���� and finally able to get her into her new replacement car with my high school and college bud Miguel Lopez ���� at @galpinmazda @galpinmotors @galpinautosports. This is my 3rd car lease or purchase through him as it’s always so smooth, easy and definitely will work to get the best deal in Southern California. This is not the first time I purchase or lease a car from Galpin. Our family always comes here and always request Miguel Lopez @galpinmotors @galpinmazda @galpinhonda as he makes our purchase so efficient by requesting all necessary info and docs ahead of our visit. In a matter of a couple of hours we are pretty much in and out compared to other car purchasing experiences. Ask for him; he will not disappoint :)

I dislike going to the car dealer for service so much! However, I will tell you that going to Mazda has totally changed my outlook. People are courteous, polite, and very professional. If I have to go get my car serviced it will always be to Mazda. Love my M3.
