Having been in and around the retail automotive industry for over 30 years it was refreshing to see a young energetic honest salesperson do what he said he was going to do. I shop on line for my car and went I was ready to buy they did not granted a silver maintenance they offer to me by phone. Very disappointed. They ask me to pay $1400 extra to pay.

My wife and I purchased a CX9 at Hiley Mazda of Hurst in December of 2021. It was a great experience. I took the vehicle in for a recall item today and had the best experience ever from a service department. The service advisor was Sixtos Rodriguez. He is amazing at customer service. I highly recommend Hiley Mazda.

Brought the CX5 for repair of CMU. Took a little longer than expected, but turned out fine. Brandon was polite, courteous and knowledgeable regarding the issues. He calmly explained everything, and addressed all my concerns.
