Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

Overall, I love the sporty feel and looks. Power train a bit quirky at very low speed. For instance, coasting in traffic or approaching a light about to turn green it’s a bit of a jerk when you accelerate. Oh, and don’t DARE put your left foot near the brake pedal at slow speed or while maneuvering to park. This honey does NOT like a two footed driver! It is too slow to reengage the accelerator, and when it does reengage, it surges, as in lurching it into to the back wall of the garage. Not what I expect from Mercedes. Externally, the exhaust sounds powerful and authoritative but from inside sounds a bit tinny. My advice, drive it hard with one foot and it’s a blast, turning sharply at speeds and accelerating through curves and confident braking available. Probably has more road noise and bump feel than S class Mercedes models, which is by design And budget I suppose. Overall, just plain fun to drive.

I am a retired law enforcement officer who has driven most of the top rated vehicles of the last fifty years both as personal and issued vehicles. I also have had a long love affair with the top foreign and domestic cars of these decades. My new 19 AMG GLC43 Biturbo AWD is the best in every category. Its got Adaptive cruise, Auto Parking, both front and rear alerts and cameras, 9 speeds trans and as much HP and Torque out of a V6 as I used to get out of a big block V8. Its very comfortable on trips, (I am 6'4") has adequate gas mileage and the handling is phenomenal . All this doesn't come cheap but its a great deal compared to the exotics and has excellent maintenance at the Benz dealers. This car will not disappoint you in any way.

I purchased EQE 350/25 , I request the quote on Saturday and finish all the numbers over the phone and I pick up the car on Tue (my day off) . The transaction was very clear and smooth . I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to. Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car.
