Searching for a convertible for a few months since the wife wanted white with red interior convertible. So, I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at Ray Catena, and specifically, my interaction with Anthony Aiello. Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

Overall, I love the sporty feel and looks. Power train a bit quirky at very low speed. For instance, coasting in traffic or approaching a light about to turn green it’s a bit of a jerk when you accelerate. Oh, and don’t DARE put your left foot near the brake pedal at slow speed or while maneuvering to park. This honey does NOT like a two footed driver! It is too slow to reengage the accelerator, and when it does reengage, it surges, as in lurching it into to the back wall of the garage. Not what I expect from Mercedes. Externally, the exhaust sounds powerful and authoritative but from inside sounds a bit tinny. My advice, drive it hard with one foot and it’s a blast, turning sharply at speeds and accelerating through curves and confident braking available. Probably has more road noise and bump feel than S class Mercedes models, which is by design And budget I suppose. Overall, just plain fun to drive.

I am a retired law enforcement officer who has driven most of the top rated vehicles of the last fifty years both as personal and issued vehicles. I also have had a long love affair with the top foreign and domestic cars of these decades. My new 19 AMG GLC43 Biturbo AWD is the best in every category. Its got Adaptive cruise, Auto Parking, both front and rear alerts and cameras, 9 speeds trans and as much HP and Torque out of a V6 as I used to get out of a big block V8. Its very comfortable on trips, (I am 6'4") has adequate gas mileage and the handling is phenomenal . All this doesn't come cheap but its a great deal compared to the exotics and has excellent maintenance at the Benz dealers. This car will not disappoint you in any way.

This suv is really a truck. It handles well and is very comfortable. If you like the sound of your engine without adding a lot of mufflers and stuff, this is the car for you. I love the sound of the gear changing, even turning a corner. It has style and makes you proud to be seen in it.

We found ourselves looking for a car in a very buyer unfriendly environment. After several discouraging experiences at other dealerships (including our previous Mercedes dealer) Ray Catena of Freehold was a refreshing experience. When we showed up our salesman John Farrell was ready for us with the vehicle we were interested in. The Manger Leigh stopped by to say hello and I was promptly connected with a representative to take me on a test drive. John was incredibly considerate of our time. Rather than sitting to wait and keeping us hostage at the dealership, he ran the numbers and called me later. We quickly agreed on a price and 24 hours later he delivered the vehicle to our house. In total I spent no more than 90 minutes driving, negotiating the agreement, and signing paperwork This is the most pleasant and easy experience we had buying a car and we have been working with Mercedes Benz for the last 10 years. I cannot recommend this dealership or John Farrell or Leigh Farrell more highly.
