The only complaint we have is when your slowing down to stop and the SUV goes to electric. Sometimes it is very abrupt with a chunk sound, to me its not right, I will be checking in with the dealer for answers for $90,000+ dollars Mercedes I expect better.

They had the car I wanted, and they made everything smooth. Took a test drive, got a good vibe, and bought it. Simple as that. Would recommend.

Plenty of leg room for 4 adults, smooth ride and very stylish. It’s fun, fast and classy. 1st Mercedes I’ve ever owned but definitely not the last!

I love the car, the way it looks and handles, still working on the MBUX system and then one morning it didn't start, im told it s the battery that needs replaced?? too soon for a brand new $90k vehicle! Not happy

Have had the 2021 53 coupe since December, great so far. Drove to tahoo in the snow and performed fantastic. Only down Side had to purchase all weather tires as it comes with summer tires. Handles great no issues, as I have read from others. Drives better than my previous car a Range Rover sport.

We have been on the waiting list for this car for more than 6 months. The car arrived in the middle of june and we went to see it. The interior is amazing. The new screen is amazing. The car is beautiful. As of today is Almost one month we are driving it and I can say that this car is worth the wait. We did couple of long trips. For SUV the car is extremely dynamic. Feels light but secure. On curves hold the control as Mercedess should. The comfort is really good! The consumption is good for AMG. The car is super fast and again it’s really beautiful. The only concurrent I would say is the Lamborghini SUV. The 43 AMG IS AMAZING CAR!

Best experience and fastest total transaction I’ve had in my car buying experience. From the easy access to the dealership off the West Side Highway, to the amazing environment they’ve created inside, to sales consultant Gregory Gazzola’s expertise and ability to read a customer and deliver the vehicle I wanted, at the price I could afford, expeditiously, it was absolutely the best experience. I emailed Gregory this morning, he found me a vehicle, presented a deal, and gave me a pick up time for earlier this afternoon. I seriously cannot recommend Audi Englewood enough. I worked with Anna for a car for both my wife and daughter and she was honestly incredible from start to finish. I brought a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage ES back in 2019 from Jason. The car will finally be paid up by October 2024. This car has never had an issue. Probably 5 flat tires in a 5 year span. I would definitely shop here again. I was in and out, even with poor credit. They work with you.
