I found this dealership online. I had never heard of them but saw they had a car I was interested in and would check it out. My salesperson Shane was AMAZING. Very friendly and patient with me. I can't express how grateful and over the moon I was to find the exact car with everything I wanted and more. Shane stayed late to ensure I was taken care of. He was overall FANTASTIC!!! The general manager Nick was awesome and their finance team...Kash was so pleasant. Everyone was such a joy to work with and went up over and beyond to assure that I was taken care of. I was in the market for a Mercedes, and I must say, they have a great selection and the price was way under what I had planned to spend. I have always bought from Mercedes dealership...not anymore. The only complaint we have is when your slowing down to stop and the SUV goes to electric. Sometimes it is very abrupt with a chunk sound, to me its not right, I will be checking in with the dealer for answers for $90,000+ dollars Mercedes I expect better.

Buying my BMW SUV at Atlanta Autos was a great experience. Terry Payne was a total gentleman and and the ultimate salesman. He answered every question and if he didn't have the answer he found out what I needed to know from someone else. The two issues that I had, he took care of them quickly and got them resolved. In the end, Roger handled my paperwork quickly and Terry came out and did the final walk through, a new car photo shoot, and I was out the door!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a luxury or exotic car, because they have MOST EVERYTHING THAT YOU CAN THINK OF!!!!!!!!

After entering my 2020 E450, I got a display message that said "12V Battery. See Operator's Manual". Sent a quick note to Mitch Griffin thinking after 5 years a new battery was probably needed. He responded and after contacting RBM, Jordin Mendez was dispatched to my house. In about 20 minutes, the battery was replaced. Great job by Mitch, Jordin and my phone contact at RBM. I love the car, the way it looks and handles, still working on the MBUX system and then one morning it didn't start, im told it s the battery that needs replaced?? too soon for a brand new $90k vehicle! Not happy

Have had the 2021 53 coupe since December, great so far. Drove to tahoo in the snow and performed fantastic. Only down Side had to purchase all weather tires as it comes with summer tires. Handles great no issues, as I have read from others. Drives better than my previous car a Range Rover sport.
