My experience is with the sales department. Easy 5 star review. If you are going to buy a vehicle there, save yourself a lot of trouble and call ahead to make an appointment with Taga. I saw the truck I wanted on their site. He had it pulled up when I got there. Nice easy test drive to experience the truck. Paperwork & delivery was fast and easy. My follow up visit a few days later was quick & work done very well. Great dealership to buy from and ask for Taga.

Like almost everything about this Mercedes AMG SLC 43. Sporty exterior, interior leather seats comfortable, dash layout done nice but a bit outdated. Peppy performance from Biturbo V6 and adjustable suspension works great in Sport. Only downside is the Continental Performance tires wear rather quickly @ only 13,000 miles. Too much brake dust from Semi Metallic Break Pads.

I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. My daughter's old 1999 car caught on fire on I -64 a week ago. After a week of looking online, she went on to test drive a rogue. It wasn't what she was expecting. Jessica was so sorry she got her manager and they found the perfect SUV to fit her needs and worked with her on the price. She took it overnight and we went back tjis morning where John and Jessica put her in the 2017 Rogue at a great price. It is the perfect first big car purchase for her! Gets decent gas mileage and has a small turn radius. Love the hardtop convertible and the exterior design is an eye catcher. Outstanding engine power with the twin turbos. Not a lot of room inside. The ashtray should have been an option to free up space. The knob on console that controls mostly everything technicle inside is too complicated. Navigation is way too tedious . A touch screen would solve this problem. (No touch screen) American cars have this advantage.

The showroom needs an upd.ate but, this does not take away from the professionalism of Roberto, He listened and used his management in a way that was benificial to both of us.

It’s great fun to drive and I feel safe in it. It has so many features for both safety and convenience and I love the perks.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Vehicle is outstanding. Stylish,flawless interior. Great performance. May seem a bit pricey at first glance, but when you realize all the features is a good value.

I own 2020 slc 43 and 2020 gt 53 and the slc is so much more fun to rip around in, the 43 engine in that little roadster is crazy fast but grips the road perfectly. My only gripe would be the outdated tech for the msrp but it does work well and in no way looks or feels cheap.

Bought a 2018 AMG SLC43 on August, 2022 with 15,000 miles. If you want a combinations of sports car and comfort, this is good example. Not a pure sports car, it's performance is beyond the capabilities of the average enthusiast, including myself. This is a perfect California road car for me. My past experience with SLK's reliability has been positive.
