The service department is excellent. I'm very impressed with Mo, service advisor who took care of every need when my panamera was in the shop and extremely blessed that when I asked for a recommendation on someone is sales he referred Alycia. Her knowledge, enthusiasm and passion for what she does is top notch. I will definitely recommend both Mo and Alycia for anyone looking to purchase a porsche or for maintenance of their vehicle.
I was ready to purchase a new car and wasn???t sure what car I wanted. I had a Ford so I started at Ford and after 2 visits decided not to go back. Then I went to BMW and decided immediately not to return. Both do to lack of interest in my business. I also had appointments at both dealerships when I went in. Disappointed I decided since I was out looking I would stop in the Mercedes dealership. No appointment just looking and then Angelos greeted me kindly and showed a sincere interest in helping me find a new car. I wanted to get out of my large SUV and into a smaller sportier car since I???m an empty nester. He took time listening to my needs and was diligent in making the transaction happen. Recently needed to replace a small car that we use for a local run around vehicle. My wife had long wanted a MINI so without her knowledge my 13 year old grandson and I went to MINI of Arlington where we were promptly met by Motoring Advisor Cody Cox. I explained I secretly wanted to purchase a top of the line MINI 4 door hardtop with everything on it to surprise my wife. I told my wife and aided by my grandson convinced her that I was going to buy a Dodge R/T., the Dodge place is across the street from the MINI sales. The MINI was ordered and I was kept closely appraised of the MINI and its progress thru the build and delivery by Cody. My grandson and I would talk about the Dodge around my wife and she was thoroughly convinced we were getting a Dodge. So came the day to go order the Dodge my wife, grandson and I loaded up to go to order it. My grandson had expressed a desire to go look at the little cars (MINIs) across the street and I decided to do that first. Cody had the British Racing Green 4 door hardtop sitting just inside the front door in the showroom with a large red bow on top and a sign lying on the dash said the car had been sold to my wife. Her name is a common name and she didn't think anything about it as we were just looking before we went to another dealership to actually purchase a car. We finally convinced her. To say she was totally surprised and thrilled is an understatement. My point to all of this is, without the cooperation and assistance of Cody Cox it would not have happened. His knowledge of the product, the suggestions he made on some options all made the car so much more than even I imagined. Cody took the time to give my wife an introduction to the workings of the various controls and buttons in the car. Including Bryan in the business office , who made the paperwork part pleasant it was a great experience. I highly recommend MINI and BMW of Arlington as the right kind of place to do the business of buying a car.

I have been going to Grapevine Toyota for several years now. This is the forth Toyota purchased from them and the service has always been excellent! Thanks in part to my asst. service supervisor Robert Moran and the whole service staff.
I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello.
He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days.
This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working.
Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it.
He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning.
To make a long story short.
They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars.

Greetings, I went car shopping at Park Place in Arlington last Saturday to look for a new vehicle. My husband and I were greeted by Mr. Felton Jones, who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. Showed our kids to their awesome playroom, which made our decision process a bit easier. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Mr. Jones was very informative, and he was answering every question of ours patiently. Also, not to mention there was an HBCU connection between both our schools Grambling/Southern???Lol, but nowadays it commonly seen that car salesmen just don???t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. I worked with John and Rosie as well as a young tech guy. I found them each easy to work with as well as honest and friendly. The car I was buying had just come in with a bad tire but they changed it out for me. I drove from Austin to buy my car and I am glad I did! Totally worth the drive.
Great experience. I had no experience with this dealer in the past and being out of town, I really had to trust that they were giving me the right information. Everything was as sold to me and John and staff made it a very easy for me and got me in and out in very short time. I would buy from Passport again!
I was talking to another dealer about buying a 2018 GTI, but they gave me the run around constantly (oh it doesn't include our add-ons, oh it includes every incentive, etc.). I walked into Hendrick and made it known I wanted a new GTI. After an initial lowball on my trade-in they easily matched it and lowered the price on theirs below the other dealer. They made the buying process simple and easy. Plus they (the dealer) covers the first 10K service which VW no longer does . Another plus. Finance was pushy to sell their stuff, but it wasn't too bad. Overall I'd give them a 4.5/5.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
