The service department is excellent. I'm very impressed with Mo, service advisor who took care of every need when my panamera was in the shop and extremely blessed that when I asked for a recommendation on someone is sales he referred Alycia. Her knowledge, enthusiasm and passion for what she does is top notch. I will definitely recommend both Mo and Alycia for anyone looking to purchase a porsche or for maintenance of their vehicle.

Charles (and Grant) made this experience the best. Smooth, easy, able to make the deal I needed. Did not try to sell me something I did not need and gave me pros and cons fo the vehicle I chose, very refreshing. The cons were very few and the pros far outweighed them. I traveled to Dallas out-of-state to inspect and buy a pre-owned Audi which I saw on their Car Gurus website. My contact was Bobby Howard who was very knowledgeable about the car, and who went over and beyond to take extra photos and videos to further enhance my perception of the vehicle. Bobby kept in contact with me and also met me at the airport. The preparation of the car was excellent - it had been put through the dealership internal detailer and was perfect. Overall, a great buying experience.
We had been repeat customers for a "Brand X" alternative to Mercedes Benz for years, but decided we would look at Mercedes as a way to develop a valid alternative. In part, this was just to help us determine fair value before going with another Brand X purchase. However, the Salesman (Malcolm Hodge) and the rest of the staff convinced us that a new Mercedes offered not only an excellent luxury vehicle, but the best overall value as well. Over several days Connor answered all my questions while at no time pressuring me to come in to press me on a sale. When we decided to make a deal, Connor took care of all the paperwork without having to deal with an unknown finance manager.
