I highly commend Mr. David Garcia for his knowledgeable, professionalism and caring follow-up manner in which he demonstrated, during the purchase of my Mercedes Benz. Although I was disappointed in dealing with the sales/financial manager for his inappropriate, condescending attitude, Mr Garcia was able to diffuse our differences and finalize the purchase.

I stopped by just to browse, not really intending to buy, but ended up test driving a model I liked. The sales team wasn't pushy, which was nice. I appreciate that Ginelle in Finance worked hard to get me a decent rate, though the overall negotiation process took a bit longer than I'd hoped.
