Dropped by for a recall fix on my cadillac. The service advisor explained the process clearly, and the wait wasn't nearly as long as I'd anticipated. They even did a complimentary car wash, which was a nice touch. My only minor feedback is that their online scheduling system could be a little more intuitive.
