Came in with bad credit and initially wasn’t hopeful on even leaving with a car but ended up getting a good rate and there was Transparency from the whole team,Didn’t get the names of everyone but got assistance from Hakeem Blake and he was honest and truthful through the whole process and got us a good deal. This is my second Mercedes-Benz. It’s absolutely the most incredible car I’ve ever owned. I was blessed to be able to custom order this car to have everything I wanted and more inside and out! It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!

I've had my eye on the Mitsubishi for a while, and I finally got to test drive it. It was everything I hoped for and more. The handling, the comfort, the features just felt right. The staff was top-notch. I had a million questions, and they answered every single one without any rush or pressure. Just a fantastic experience overall!

Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

I must admit I was not ready to sell my car just yet however Artie was so persuasive in helping me find just the right solutions for my challenged situation considering I wasn't really expecting to get approved with just my trade in & a minimal out of pocket down payment but he made me an offer I couldn't refuse on 2021 Honda Accord that I was ready to buy out from my lease & put me in a beautiful loaded truck thanks again Artie go see him for any of your vehicle needs you won't regret it!

Just had a great experience with the purchase of a Pre-Owned MB E350 wagon! Carlos Nazario, the salesman, was great at follow up and making sure everything was ready on time and the car was perfect! Bob Lasagne and Thomas Rudaj were also great to work with, professional and honest and made sure everything was right. i learned my best approach would be going to an authorized dealership. i knew the car year & model that i wanted. i started compiling an excel list with all the car details. i google searched all mercedes dealerships starting in NJ (figured used car conditions there would be better) & noted all the mileage, prices, interior/exterior colors. i went through all of them, & wasn't too impressed & seemed a bit out of my price range for good mileage. the very last dealership i came across was Silver Star Motors in Long Island City. i checked their Certified Pre-Owned List & they had 2 exact options that i would be extremely happy with (light beige interior - which was harder to find!). the mileage & price for both options was a total steal compared to all the other dealerships.. a steal deal by far! I sent in on Sunday (they were closed) the submission of interest to schedule a test drive. I got a phone call from a rep at Silver Star Motors on Monday morning, who eventually connected me to Diana Sokolova. She called & texted me, first making sure that they actually still had both cars. She was very friendly, professional, direct, and prompt with all the replies. Quickly confirmed that both cars were indeed in store, & that i could come in to check them out. once i got there, she immediately welcomed (i didn't have to wait an hour or so like the previous experience at the private dealership), & took me straight to the cars, which were side by side next to each other. i already had a preference between the 2 options, & was able to test drive the main preference in no time. they had to shift about some cars to bring it down, i was very surprised how fast it was done. Diana was very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions with assurance. She definitely also helped pace out the test drive longer so that i could feel extra confident that the car in test was the one. she never rushed to end the test drive, much appreciated! After the test drive, i was certain to purchase. The price was exactly as advertised, no hidden fees, or anything. They advertised that as such, truly is the case.. again no hidden fees! I wasn't able to get the price down any, but the price was already so good. Great price, unbelievable mileage, perfect condition as used. The car was practically new! After finalizing, Diana was amazing once again! i had to call to set up and purchase car insurance, she helped make that process extra easy and smooth. With that done, i had the chance to drive home with the car right away. I made a request on numbers that i like for a license plate, & by luck it all worked out with the timing because of Diana's handle! Got exactly what i wanted! It was getting late, Diana & the whole Silver Star Motors team was indeed able to get everything in order at the end, & i was able to drive the car home on spot! (otherwise would've had to return the next day) I'm a beyond happy customer at Silver Star Motors; & I'm still completely grateful for Diana's amazing help with the 1st time purchase! I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to.
