I live in Winter Park, after fail to buy a New CAMRY for my wife in our locals toyota dealers (tricky dealing practice) I found Central Florida Toyota, my first contact was with Alexis Solarte my sales person, professional polite and knowledgeable, and the best, he taught me some Colombian Slangs 😆, after having a OTD, I meet Hernan (sales manager) the same polite, professional and willing to help me to make a deal, after a few back and forward we had a agreement, at the end I was greeted and attended by Franklin (Finance ) who was: sorry for repeating the same but it's true he was polite and professional, at the end I was able to give my wife her birthday present with no tricky business, straight communication, the rank is 10/10, 100% recommended!!! This is my second Mercedes-Benz. It’s absolutely the most incredible car I’ve ever owned. I was blessed to be able to custom order this car to have everything I wanted and more inside and out! It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!

We looked at several cars and ended up buying this beautiful GLC-300. Morris and James were great and buying experience including financing were super fast and easy.

Not enough miles driven to fairly evaluate but look forward to driving when weather is better. I have high expectations! I'll need time to get used to the console controls.

My family has bought 35 cars from carmax, never had an issue.We had some issues with some of the cars but they took care of it right away. What gained my respect for carmax is that we bought a car a HYUNDAI ELantra 2012. DROVE THE CAR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. Went to trade it in and we found out the car was in a bad car accident in the front, and that's why it was pulling to the right. We were never told that this car was in an accident. We were told that it never was. Immediately they paid off our loan and put us in another new car. That's a good company. Therefore in my opinion they are awesome

Carroll Cadillac North Orlando is a new dealership in Sanford. Their facility is under construction phase, however, they have an incredible team. Went looking for a car for my kid. Didn't find what they wanted but everyone here was so nice and polite and genuinely helpful.

The only reason I am giving this dealership 5 stars is because of the service advisor, Eric Williams. Eric is the only advisor that picks up his phone, returns calls, is kind, efficient, professional, and truly cares. The other advisors never return calls. The service manager, Chris, also does not reply or return calls. They have lost selling me service contracts because they will not reply. Chris, the service manager, is always asking how can we gain your service again. Well, perhaps by providing stellar customer service which would include calling customers back especially if they ask for the manager. Mercedes Benz has not been the same since Ruben Santiago left.

Rudy, our salesperson, was amazing! Had the car waiting at our arrival for test driving. The whole process was a quick but enjoyable sales experience and we highly recommend going there to purchase a vehicle!
