Service was excellent as usual. My only concern was the cost of visit. The price seemed a bit high but I also understand that they have to run a business. But overall I?m happy and would highly recommend Mercedes of Daytona, just make sure you can afford the service before committing to a vehicle.

I traveled to Las Vegas on a roadtrip through the desert, and my coolant light came on. I was nervous because the temperature was close to 120. They arranged for my car to be looked at first thing the following morning. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Shannon even set me up with a loaner vehicle so I could return to the hotel to pick up my belongings. By the time I returned, my car had been repaired and was ready. I was able to drive home safely. In true Audi form, the team performed and took great care of me.
