They say in life, there are two stressful purchases that most people may do. One is to buy a house and the other is to buy a car. Today we had the opportunity to purchase a car at Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte. We had the full Mercedes experience. We were warmly greeted as we entered the facility and had little wait time before meeting our sales consultant Raj Madan who was awesome. He make sure we had an opportunity to meet and greet the team that he would be working work with. We came in, we saw the car that we wanted and Raj and the team made it happen. I had the opportunity to drive a 2025 GLE hybrid and had an amazing experience. My test drive was with a sales associate named Miller and to be quite frank, it was one of the best test drives I have ever had. Usually sales people just put you behind the drivers seat, attempt to explain everything to you and then let you drive the car while trying to figure out how to navigate all of the features. Miller took a different approach and drove the car himself first while taking the time to show me how all of the features worked. This made for a much better experience and I was able to fully understand the features that were important in a much better way. Very impressed by the car and the sales associate.
