After entering my 2020 E450, I got a display message that said "12V Battery. See Operator's Manual". Sent a quick note to Mitch Griffin thinking after 5 years a new battery was probably needed. He responded and after contacting RBM, Jordin Mendez was dispatched to my house. In about 20 minutes, the battery was replaced. Great job by Mitch, Jordin and my phone contact at RBM. Much appreciated!

Everything was great, especially with Troy my service advisor. But his old number didn?t connect to him; the phone network would have left me on hold until my battery died; I was only able to reach a live person by calling under false pretense and when I told her who I needed to speak with she connected me back to the elevator music to he?ll - and not that the music is bad; there?s no periodic interruption to say ?hey thanks for waiting, we?re still trying to connect you.?
