I was set on using Carvana as a service to purchase my car but knew I wanted to test drive the Mercedes I was looking to buy. After an initial mix up with communication, Peter Armstrong got in touch with me and fixed everything. Michael the manager of service was great too! Really do their best to make things as stress free as possible. I had damage to the wires that connect to the coolant ( probably from rats) To other reviews complaining about warranty coverage: this is only for intrinsic issues, if an external force caused damage to the car it’s financially your responsibility, car insurance Policies are meant to be the responsible party for this. Also all the potential costs were quoted before anything was repaired. Hoping not to return again for any damage issues but Peter and Michael both did their best and I appreciate that!

The entire team was filled with kind, professional individuals who clearly value excellent customer service. Frank, the manager, was incredibly nice and readily available to answer any questions or concerns I had. I also had a fantastic experience with Hector in finance—he explained everything clearly, was extremely knowledgeable, and made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process.
