Heather in the service department not only makes an appointment to take it in that day but also finds hubby a loaner that day, ensuring no struggles with his dialysis treatments. Heather was communicative about his car, expedient in the repair, and understanding when we got there 5 minutes before close. Excellent customer service all around. The rest of the team was SO kind and friendly. The gentleman who minds the gates, helping and making us smile. Once I arrived to Georgetown Mercedes-Benz service department, I was greeted by the floor person right away. He got my maintenance representative, Mr. Fred Mathis and he took the time to go over my automobile and service needed. Mr. Mathis priveded service options, and finance options. I was offered a loaner car if needed and kept me informed onnthe status of my vehicle. He was very professional, just awesome.
