My salesperson was incredibly helpful, always available during business hours, and even went above and beyond after hours to make sure I was completely satisfied. That level of dedication really stood out to me. The entire location was very welcoming and hospitable to both me and my family. On the day I picked up my car, they happened to have a buffet available for everyone. I?m not sure if it was planned or just perfect timing, but it truly made the day feel extra special like they were celebrating with me! After reading all of the reviews about Clear Lake Dodge, I was a little apprehensive to travel 50 miles on the off chance that the Ram I wanted would be gone or just sold. Quite the opposite, it was there on Saturday and the Sales Director (Cindy) had the keys with her when I left Conroe on Monday. As soon as we walked in the doors, TJ Boyd worked with us and got the price where we wanted it to be. Delivery was a little longer than one would expect but the PDI was longer due to all of the inspection items they ran though on our 2021 2500. We give them 5 Stars because they earned it.
