The salesperson, Dorsa, was very helpful in choosing the right car for me. The process for final sale was handled smoothly by Tom. After the purchase, when a problem occurred, Babak in the service department organized the transaction swiftly and handed me the key to a loaner vehicle. The technicians in the back shop were spot on with diagnosis and correcting the issue in a timely manner. A Bavo Zulu (high praise) to all.

I saw that Mercedes Benz just announced some new incentives and went to the dealership to check out some GLE hybrids. They bend backwards to make it work for you. They provided a loaner (amg!) while car was inspected. Made exceptions to finalize sale. Very good experienc overall.
