I am extremely appreciative of the service received from Mercedes-Benz of Stockton for my 2017 E300. Everyone was so polite and personable and made the experience there very pleasant for myself and my wife, and that's a plus for my wife because she'll complain and want to go to the manager if she's unsatisfied with the service. We were also fed while we waited for the car to be inspected which was a plus in my wife's opinion. I will definitely be returning for all my service needs. I know this complimentary service was to win me over as a customer, I have to say they succeeded.
