I can?t say enough good things about House of Imports. Dietrich Gumbrecht was my sales man and he was amazing. The most patient, understanding, kind and knowledgeable man I?ve ever purchased a car from. He literally helped me achieve my dream car despite the hurdles I was encountering. I got more than I was looking for in a used vehicle and the car has already caught the eyes of many onlookers. Dietrich made the entire process a breeze, I wanted to cry happy tears when he congratulated me. His coworker Yasser was also very welcoming and helpful. He finished the deal with the delivery of the vehicle and made sure that I knew all the features of the vehicle. Definitely going to send friends and family to House of Imports for vehicle purchases. Based on past experiences, I hesitated to bring my truck back to AutoNation Toyota, despite having a warranty and maintenance package. However, I'm glad I did. Paul was great at checking me in, explaining my options and what my truck needs. Paul was communicative throughout the process and super helpful with my coupons. I may or may not come back, but at least I know Paul will give me the truth about what I need vs being told something is needed and is life or death.

I had a totally pleasant experience at the Audi Long Beach dealership as I was interested in an Audi TTS advertised online. Mr. Kien Phan provided clear, competent details of the essential functions of the vehicle both during the test drive and after the purchase, and Mr Sepulveda patiently discussed financial aspects of the purchase and trade-in over two days (since I needed an overnight reflection period!). When I returned for additional questions after the purchase was satisfactorily completed, Mr. Phan again took the time to answer fully all my requests (in particular I could not raise the spoiler, and I am one of those who hate to check details on an online document). In fact, Mr. Phan found for me an actual paper technical manual, which made me very happy. I know that I can rely on the staff for any follow-up issues. Thank you to all for your competence and courtesy! I love my new TTS. I used to have the first TT quattro model (1999- 2000) that I kept for 13 years, and drove safely in snow, ice and hot weather. I missed it when I subsequently bought a different car. Now I'm happy to drive again this beautiful, dynamic machine, and I am sorry Audi decided to discontinue this great vehicle. In conclusion, I believe that the Audi dealership at Long Beach meets all the professional standards one can expect when buying a new vehicle.
