I purchased the wheel/tire protection for my GLE 350 when I initially purchased my car. With time, a couple of my wheels got a bit scratched. I scheduled the service and was provided with a loaner. The work done was excellent. The wheels look brand new! I?m very happy with the service from Marco (my service advisor). He goes above and beyond providing service. He?s a true professional. I like the customer service. My problem with the Brand is that this is my third case in 3 different mercedes(C250,C300&ML320)that i had the steering wheel locked and the repair is around $3,000.00 How MB could not solve this problem in 20 years?
