The salesperson, Dorsa, was very helpful in choosing the right car for me. The process for final sale was handled smoothly by Tom. After the purchase, when a problem occurred, Babak in the service department organized the transaction swiftly and handed me the key to a loaner vehicle. The technicians in the back shop were spot on with diagnosis and correcting the issue in a timely manner. A Bavo Zulu (high praise) to all.

On November 25th I went to the Mercedes on Ontario, and was looking to buy an electric car around 7pm in the evening, I was looking at the EQB 350 when this very nice sales representative Abel Vargas helped us and was very nice and interactive explained to us what was good about the electric vehicles, at the end of the point of buying the EQB 350 the transaction at around 2am Black Friday after hours but I will like to mention excellent and outstanding sales person human being his name is fadi batarni I had a situation where I had to call him, a couple days after but was out of town but still answered right away, like always nice friendly and helpful manner, and I really appreciate the help and appreciate the huge help on purchasing my EQB 350 Thank you much guys I really like my car.

I saw that Mercedes Benz just announced some new incentives and went to the dealership to check out some GLE hybrids. I wasn?t expecting to purchase a car that day, however, Solomon Wang and Sam Lee were top notch in giving me an incredible deal. Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. Came to WI Simonson after buying my last Mercedes from another Mercedes retailer. I?m so happy we came to WI Simonson and met our salesperson John. John was amazing; he was patient, kind, and very attentive. He made our experience very easy. We will definitely be back to WI Simonson and work with John again to get into our next Mercedes.
