We had very old Mercedes prior to buying two new ones. It was a good experience. Overall Marvin gave us the VIP experience at Mercedes. We bought two cars from Marvin within a few weeks. Destiny, our service representative was equally outstanding. She kept us informed of the repair details and time frame. Additionally, when we had to adjust the appointment schedule she did a great job of rearranging times and dates! She is fantastic at her job!!!!!!!

Austin did a quick and efficient job in getting my annual service done quickly as well as replacing the tires. Also, I thought I had left my laptop bag in the loaner car and both Austin and Jordan both went and checked for me and Jordan even checked the security cams to verify if I had left it at the dealer. Turns out I just left at home, but again thanks for going above and beyond to assist!

Fine dealership with excellent and professional sales and auxilary staff. My overall joy of pruchase was diminished by a timely bank wire transfer but was in no way shape or form a result of incompetance at MB of Littleton.

My car received a Very thorough service inspection with accompanying videos. My visit included a prearranged loaner vehicle. There were no surprise charges as I had prepaid for the first two services.
