Scott Grumbly and Derek Ayton are the best service professionals I've ever met. Scott, the service manager, oversaw the administrative process and Derek was the technical expert. Both of these guys have handled two visits for me, provided excellent advice and service, and were hugely helpful. I'll go out of my way to visit this service department because I'm confident in their service and support.

Initially bought a used 2023 GLE AMG, but it had a perfume odor that was not acceptable to us or dealership. Purchased based on assurance that could be corrected. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts, and not a lack in trying, dealership could not remove the smell. They facilitated us trading for a new 2025 GLE 350 with a minimum amount of hassle. While two ends of performance spectrum (we were loaned a 350 while they worked multiple days on the AMG), we discovered for everyday needs the 350 would work well for our needs.

So thankful for the service staff at Jack Ingram Nissan, they always go above and beyond for my family. We always look forward to seeing their smiling faces when we go in for service.

Mercedes Benz of Lancaster has provided truly exceptional customer service and work quality over the past 10 years and for three vehicles I’ve had serviced with them. Brandon Lutz, Ryan Sweitzer, and Angie Ecenrode are who I work with when having my car serviced and they make the process very smooth and efficient while showing they truly care about me and my car. Recently I had my c43 AMG inspected at Mercedes Benz of Lancaster and the service team saved my car from damages that two leaks could have caused. I bought the car from Carmax Lancaster less than 3,000 miles ago, who also inspected the car, but for some reason Carmax’s techs did not detect these leaks. Mercedes Benz of Lancaster provides an extremely thorough and detailed report of the work they do on my cars, they keep me updated through the process, provide a complimentary loaner vehicle, and are very detailed in explaining any part of the process. Mercedes Benz of Lancaster truly provides exceptional service, care, and quality.

We found ourselves looking for a car in a very buyer unfriendly environment. After several discouraging experiences at other dealerships (including our previous Mercedes dealer) Ray Catena of Freehold was a refreshing experience. When we showed up our salesman John Farrell was ready for us with the vehicle we were interested in. The Manger Leigh stopped by to say hello and I was promptly connected with a representative to take me on a test drive. John was incredibly considerate of our time. Rather than sitting to wait and keeping us hostage at the dealership, he ran the numbers and called me later. We quickly agreed on a price and 24 hours later he delivered the vehicle to our house. In total I spent no more than 90 minutes driving, negotiating the agreement, and signing paperwork This is the most pleasant and easy experience we had buying a car and we have been working with Mercedes Benz for the last 10 years. I cannot recommend this dealership or John Farrell or Leigh Farrell more highly.
