After submitting an inquiry about a vehicle that I had interest in buying; I was almost immediately contacted by Austin with internet sales. Austin was very personable and helpful in answering all of my questions about the vehicle. The following morning he called me and assisted me with scheduling an appointment to test drive the vehicle. The purchasing process was seamless from there on?Upon entering the building; I was promptly greeted by the manager and received by Jeorge shortly thereafter; who arranged my test drive with his assistant. She was very polite and had a well thought out route for the drive. Everyone was very friendly and I didn?t feel pressured to make a purchase. I especially enjoyed how much each person were knowledgeable about whatever there area of specialty was and they explained everything in great detail. After completing the necessary steps my car was delivered with a full tank of gas and a fresh freshly detailed. So grateful that we came across the Mercedes-Benz of San Jose! I got a flat tire in my tire on my GLC and was desperate for a fix since I had work the next day. They were able to book us in and Joshua Delgado was our service advisor, he was friendly and gave us all our wheel options and was very communicative while we waited. Their lobby had a great coffee machine while we waited for our vehicle and car came our nice and clean as they do a complimentary vacuum and wash when they finish their service. 10/10 would recommend this location! I've tried other wheel shops and their service was above and beyond!

Service manager Ethan Kurtz is excellent in communicating what will be done with the time for our servicing. Our concerns about any problem is noted and so far resolved. We really have confidence in his job.

I purchased a 2018 Red SLC300 for my wife for mother's day. The purchase was smooth, when we got the car home noticed a popping sound with the sunroof. Contacted the Sales Manager Ellen Lans, she was very proactive and within a few weeks got the sunroof repaired - and my wife is enjoying the car. Great customer experience!

I purchased a GLE 53 from Stevens Creek early this week and my experience was exceptional. I scheduled an appointment to check out a twilight blue color and Ace (sales rep) did an excellent job to show me car functions and also a test drive. Also managed to get a good price as well working with Ace. Very knowledgeable. Process was extremely smooth with no pressure. Picked up the car after 2 days and Ace had the car very ready for pickup. He spent time to set me up with the Mercedes app, and also teaching me how to use different functions in the car. In no time I was enjoying my new car and living the dream! I’m going to be blunt and honest because these people- this business- deserves to read about my experience with them. From the moment I called and reached a sales rep named Ramin, I could feel something happening. A change. A shift. I was right and three weeks ago, I found my dream car at Mercedes-Benz of San Jose: a 2021 Mazda CX-5. Called around various MB dealerships to test drive the 2024 EQB 250+ and finally found available inventory in the San Jose location and spoke to Tedi, who had one parked and ready to test drive as soon as I arrived.
