I want to take a few moments and share my recent experience. Eddie not only exceeded my expectations but he changed my perception of the "dealership" experience. I was set on using Carvana as a service to purchase my car but knew I wanted to test drive the Mercedes I was looking to buy. The minute I met Eddie I was greeted with a warm and friendly face that put my mind at ease and allowed me to let my guard down and truly experience what Mercedes has to offer. From making sure I was comfortable with the financing (Nick was fantastic) to setting up a time for me to connect with Lisa ( who was absolutely incredible) to fully learn the accommodations my car had! He provided white glove service and held my hand every step of the way. I will recommend him specifically to anyone looking to buy a car and your dealership in particular. You have a fantastic team and I am grateful I ended up in his office to prove me wrong about going to the dealership. Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

This is my second Mercedes-Benz. It’s absolutely the most incredible car I’ve ever owned. I was blessed to be able to custom order this car to have everything I wanted and more inside and out! It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!

I purchased the wheel/tire protection for my GLE 350 when I initially purchased my car. With time, a couple of my wheels got a bit scratched. I scheduled the service and was provided with a loaner. The work done was excellent. The wheels look brand new! I?m very happy with the service from Marco (my service advisor). He goes above and beyond providing service. He?s a true professional. He answered all my questions before I dropped off my car and he made sure he communicated with me throughout the process. Marco made sure that the process went smoothly.

EXCELLENT my Service Assistance manager Paul Kotkin, was exceptional with his customer service. First greeted like, a family member, reviewed my vehicle current and updated needs and requirements. This was the first time, visiting here. Paul pointed out that their was a free service upgrade from Mercedes, and it would take about 30 minutes to complete. the estimated time to do the entire work was 1.5 - 2 hours, this was exact, 1.75 hours to complete, and I was updated about every 30 minutes on the repair status, how could you ask for more. The estimate was 100% on point, and not a penny more. I would say that Between Paul and Mercedes Benz of North Palm Beach, they were exceptional with Customer care, and he service being preformed. I also strolled around and ran into David House, a sales consultant, and I had the pleasure to walk around with him, and some of the newer models, and the latest safety features being offered on the 2016 and 2017 Mercedes Benz's. My over all experience is well over a five star, for customer service, the service being preformed and at point on cost. I want to take this time to thank the entire staff at Mercedes Benz of North Palm Beach, very clean and an enjoyable experience.

Returning to his desk to discuss the financial aspects, we were pleasantly surprised by the arrival of Marjine. Her friendly and genuine approach transformed the transaction into a memorable interaction, far removed from the typical high-pressure sales environment. While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Went from a Sahara Jeep Wrangler to this beauty & i Don’t regret it one bit. Amazing interior & exterior quality. Very clean & comfortable. I love it.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

After an initial mix up with communication, Peter Armstrong got in touch with me and fixed everything. Michael the manager of service was great too! Really do their best to make things as stress free as possible. I had damage to the wires that connect to the coolant ( probably from rats) To other reviews complaining about warranty coverage: this is only for intrinsic issues, if an external force caused damage to the car it’s financially your responsibility, car insurance Policies are meant to be the responsible party for this. Also all the potential costs were quoted before anything was repaired. Hoping not to return again for any damage issues but Peter and Michael both did their best and I appreciate that!

The entire team was filled with kind, professional individuals who clearly value excellent customer service. Frank, the manager, was incredibly nice and readily available to answer any questions or concerns I had. I also had a fantastic experience with Hector in finance—he explained everything clearly, was extremely knowledgeable, and made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. Even though I have several Mercedes dealerships closer to me, I would gladly drive out of my way to return to this one. It was truly a five-star experience from start to finish.

C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.
