After an initial mix up with communication, Peter Armstrong got in touch with me and fixed everything. Michael the manager of service was great too! Really do their best to make things as stress free as possible. I had damage to the wires that connect to the coolant ( probably from rats) To other reviews complaining about warranty coverage: this is only for intrinsic issues, if an external force caused damage to the car it’s financially your responsibility, car insurance Policies are meant to be the responsible party for this. Also all the potential costs were quoted before anything was repaired. Hoping not to return again for any damage issues but Peter and Michael both did their best and I appreciate that!

I bouth my Genesis at King- thougth it would be easier to service nearer to my home. Well worth the drive. Lacey even connected me with a salesperson to help fiquire on of the features on my vehicle. I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?
