What a great dealership. Got a great deal on a 2018 E 400 coupe. Our sales rep, Geordan Furlow, took great care of us and Huck Mashfe made sure that everything went smoothly. After we finalized the purchase, Geordan spent 45 minutes with us making sure we understood all of the safety and convenience features and got them set up the way we wanted them. I purchased my Subaru at DCH Subaru in Riverside, California. In addition to an excellent purchase experience, I have had excellent service from this dealership each time I've brought the car in for routine service. However, the last time I took my car in for service in January 2025, my service experience was more than excellent. My service representative, Noah, kept me informed of what was going on with my car, but went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was he courteous, but he was kind, patient, listened carefully to me, and helped me to resolve some car computer issues related to my vehicle's Navigation system. I also had a problem with connecting a new cell phone to the vehicle. If he could not resolve the problem himself, he called the appropriate tech and sales persons to help. Everything was resolved satisfactorily, but I want to take the time to applaud Noah. We often complain when something goes wrong, but not often enough recognize when a customer service representative does something right or above and beyond their jobs. Kudos to Noah at DCH Subaru and kudos to DCH Subaru for hiring such excellent staff!! Thank you to both.

Truly great car driven it 20k miles over the year, no issues whatsoever (with proper maintenance of course). It gets Great gas mileage, some trips up to 28MPG!
